Sometimes, the bohemian rug that captured your heart online might not sing the same song in your living room, or the scent of an aromatherapy diffuser might not be the calming note you envisioned. We believe your home should be a true reflection of your style and comfort, which is why we offer a thoughtful and straightforward returns and exchanges policy.

Our Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the original proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
  • Candles & Aromatherapy Products (e.g., Essential oil diffusers): For health and safety reasons, these intimate wellness products are final sale once used or opened.
  • Artificial Botanicals & Flowers that have been removed from their original packaging or arranged, as they are susceptible to damage and dust.
All sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not ship anything back without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, original product in its packaging. Include your original proof of purchase inside the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines & Methods

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item as soon as the return is approved, subject to product availability.
